Your quoted price is all-inclusive of the core publishing services listed in your chosen package, such as editing, cover design, formatting, and distribution setup. It covers our professional time and expertise. The price is final with no hidden fees; any optional add-ons, like additional marketing, are clearly listed separately for your consideration before payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as secure bank transfers. All payments are processed through our encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant system to ensure your financial data is completely safe. We do not store your card details on our servers at any point during the transaction.
Do you offer a payment plan or financing options?
Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to help manage your investment. Typically, this involves a 50% deposit to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion before the final files are delivered. Please contact us to discuss a schedule that works for your budget.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase if you change your mind before any work has commenced. Once the project has entered the production phase, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis relative to the work already completed. We are committed to fairness and transparency.
How long does the entire publishing process take?
The timeline depends on your package and project complexity. Typically, the process takes between 8 to 12 weeks from manuscript acceptance to your book being live for sale. This includes stages for editing, design, and distribution setup. We will provide a detailed timeline after your initial consultation.
Who owns the rights to the book and the designs?
You retain 100% of the copyright and ownership of your manuscript and the published book. For designs we create, upon full payment, you receive full ownership and commercial usage rights for the final cover and interior layout designs. We never claim ownership of your intellectual property.
Are there any ongoing or hidden fees after publication?
No. Our package fee is a one-time cost for the creation and setup of your book. There are no ongoing fees from us. However, retailers like Amazon may charge a percentage of each sale as their standard royalty share, which is separate from our publishing fee.
